Intro

The goal of these documents is to serve as a resource for all y lab members. It is still under active 'development,' as you can see from the highlighted text in the documents that will eventually become their own pages.

Even though these documents are not yet complete, there is already a lot of information here, which may feel overwhelming! To get started, new lab members should read through 2 main documents: the Lab Manual and Onboarding.

• The Lab Manual describes lab expectations, responsibilities, etc. Just note that the most important (and non-negotiable) section is ethics.
• Onboarding is pretty self-explanatory—it has more of the logistical details for getting set up in the lab.

As with everything else in the lab, if you have questions, concerns, or feel like there are things that might be helpful for the group that are currently missing from these documents, please point them out! You are also welcome to suggest edits in the form of pull requests (see GitHub).
